A yoga instructor appfor small classes.

An app for yoga teachers who rent a room, teach in a park or travel to students' homes. Not for studios with a front desk and a timetable of teachers.

  • Private yoga sessions

One to one at a student's home or in your space, priced on their own. Approve each request or let bookings confirm automatically. Questions before the first session go in your chat with that student.

  • Small group yoga classes

Set a cap that suits the room, eight mats or twelve. Bookings close once every mat is taken.

  • Weekly classes

Your Wednesday evening flow happens every Wednesday. Set it as a fixed weekly class and each one lands in your calendar by itself.

  • Duo sessions

Partners or friends practising together get a two person session at a price you set.

Online classes,Meet link ready.

Some students would rather unroll the mat at home. Mark a class as online and connect your Google Calendar.

CoachOne adds each online class to your Google Calendar with a Google Meet link. Move or cancel the class and the entry updates or disappears with it.

Your busy times are checked too, so nobody books you during the gym class you teach on Thursdays. Students book without needing a Google account.

  • Your other calendar events are never changed
  • Classes are live. CoachOne does not host or record video.
  • In person and online classes share one calendar

Streaks thatkeep the practice going.

A regular practice is built week by week. Students who use the app see their total hours, weekly streak, attendance calendar and the badges they have collected.

Someone on a six week streak has a reason to book week seven. It is a gentle push you never have to send yourself.

It counts the classes they attend. It does not track poses, flexibility or health data.

On your side, the client list shows who has gone quiet, and they get a nudge to book again. Want to add a word of your own? Send it in their chat while the habit is still fresh.

Two classes,two sets of rules.

A yoga teacher scheduling app should let each class run its own way. Here is one way to set up a private session and a small group class.

  1. Add your classes

Create each private, duo, small group and online class with its length, price, cap and the ways students can pay.

  2. Choose open or invite only

Open your weekly group to anyone with the link. Keep privates for the students you already teach.

  3. Share your link

Hand it to the students you teach now, and pin it wherever new ones look for you. They book in the app, or online from the link on any phone with nothing to download.

  4. Teach, then check the numbers

Card classes are charged after they end and paid out weekly. Earnings show by student, by class and by date range.

Students open your link, pick a class and pay, in the CoachOne app or online on any phone without downloading anything. Students on the app also see upcoming classes and their confirmation status, and can cancel or reschedule there.

No. CoachOne has no class packs, passes or memberships. Each class is booked and paid for on its own, by card, Apple Pay or cash.

Yes, live over Google Meet. Once your Google Calendar is connected, every online class gets its link automatically. CoachOne does not host recordings.

If they cancel before the class, the card hold is released and they pay nothing. Leave it too late and they pay only the late fee in your policy, if you set one. The cancellation policy generator is a good place to start.

No. Any class can take cash only, or cash alongside card. Confirm cash in the app once you have it, and no commission is taken.

It is built for independent yoga instructors, not studios with several teachers. There are no staff accounts or multiple locations.

Not to book. Only you connect Google Calendar, and students book and pay in the CoachOne app or from your link without one.

CoachOne is free to use, with no monthly fee. The only charge is on card payments: a 3% Platform Fee plus Stripe's processing costs, taken off before payout. Classes paid in cash cost nothing.
