Programmes or sessions?Start there.
Before you choose a Trainerize alternative, look at how you earn. Trainerize focuses on the work between sessions: workout programmes, meal and habit tracking, messaging and progress.
CoachOne does a different job. It runs the business side of your sessions, in person or online: who booked, who paid, who owes you and who needs a reminder. It has no workout programmes and no nutrition tools.
So the right Trainerize alternative for personal trainers depends on your week. If most of your income comes from booked sessions, read on. If you mainly deliver programmes online, Trainerize may suit you better.

Trainerize pricing.And what CoachOne costs.
Trainerize pricing is a monthly plan sized by client seats, plus optional add-ons. Payments in the app use the Stripe Integrated Payments add-on on Grow and Pro, and Stripe's fees come off each sale.
CoachOne is free to use, with no subscription and no monthly fee. The only charge is a commission on card payments: a 3% Platform Fee plus Stripe's processing costs, shown in the app and deducted before your weekly payout.
So you pay only when a client pays by card, and a quiet month costs nothing. With a lot of card payments, a flat subscription can work out lower, so compare at your own volume. The Payment Terms list every fee.
- No subscription and no monthly fee

Where Trainerize wins.Worth knowing.
CoachOne does fewer things on purpose. Trainerize is likely the better fit if any of these describe your work.
You coach online with programmes
Trainerize builds and delivers workout programmes and tracks client workouts. CoachOne does not, so keep your programming tool if you need one.
You coach nutrition and habits
Trainerize includes meal and habit tracking, with Advanced Nutrition Coaching as a paid add-on. CoachOne has no nutrition features.
You coach from Android or a computer
Trainerize has iPhone and Android apps, and trainers can also work in a browser. The CoachOne trainer app runs on iPhone only.
You sell packs or memberships
Trainerize can sell session packs, memberships and recurring products through Stripe. CoachOne charges per session.
