A tennis coach appfor every format.
This is tennis coaching software for the coach, not the club. From private tennis lessons to a full Saturday clinic, each format gets its own length, price and number of players.
Privates
One player, one court, your rate. Choose auto confirm, or approve each request yourself before it goes in the diary.
Duo lessons
Two players sharing a court and a coach. Set it up as a two person service, priced on its own, for doubles partners or friends.
Clinics and groups
Cardio tennis, match play, drills. Cap each clinic at the number of players one court can handle, and bookings stop there.
Junior squads
A weekly slot for under 12s or a group of teens, booked and paid by parents. Make it invite only, so only the families you choose can join.
Rained off?Nobody pays.
Outdoor tennis lives with the forecast. When the courts are wet, cancel the lesson in the app before it starts.
A card booking only carries a hold until the lesson has happened. Cancel it and the hold is released, so nobody is charged and there is nothing to refund.
Lessons booked more than 5 days ahead have no hold on them yet. CoachOne saves the card when they book and only places the hold in the final 5 days before the lesson.
- Cancel a clinic and the hold on every player's card is released
- Players move or cancel their own lessons in the app
- Want to play later in the week instead? Agree the new time in the chat, and the reschedule shows up right in the conversation
- Every player sees your cancellation policy up front

Juniors weekly.Parents book and pay.
Junior coaching runs on the same slot every week. Set the squad up as a fixed weekly session and each one appears in your calendar automatically.
The parent is the client in CoachOne. They book and pay for the spot in the app, or online straight from your link on any phone. Card, Apple Pay and cash all work.
Parents message you in their chat about a junior's lesson, like a late pickup or a sore wrist. Bookings show up in the same conversation, so nothing gets lost.
Put the player's name, age group and anything worth knowing in the notes. Tags sort players by squad, and the attendance log shows who keeps turning up.
- Outstanding balances show which families still owe you
- Parents get a reminder before every lesson, by push in the app or by email if they booked online through your link
- Quiet families, the ones who have stopped booking, are easy to spot and get a nudge to book again

Summer outdoors.Winter indoors.
Tennis coaching follows the seasons. Long summer evenings on outdoor courts, then a tighter winter timetable indoors where court time is harder to find.
Tennis lesson scheduling in CoachOne moves with you. Change the time on a weekly session, update a price, or set up separate indoor services. Changes apply instantly.
Connect Google Calendar and your busy times are checked, so players cannot book you over a league match already in your diary.
One thing CoachOne does not do is reserve courts. Keep booking those with your club or venue, then put the lesson in CoachOne.
