Group sessions.With a real cap.

Running group sessions work best at a size you can actually coach. Any app for running coaches should hold that number for you, and CoachOne does.

  • Track session booking

Make Tuesday track a fixed weekly session with a capacity of twelve. Runners book their place, and when it fills, it is full.

  • Run club mornings

Put your weekend club run on open booking, with card, Apple Pay or cash accepted per runner.

  • Cash at the meeting point

Runners who pay cash appear as payments to confirm. Confirm them after the session and your earnings stay accurate.

  • Spot who stopped coming

Your client list flags runners who have gone quiet, and they get a nudge to book again before the next race block starts.

One to one.Form and technique.

Private sessions are where you work on a runner's form, cadence or drills before a race. Set them up as private services with their own length and price, on flexible dates.

Use manual approval if you want a few messages with a new runner before you take them on. Each runner has one chat with you, and their bookings show up right in it. Keep your regulars on auto confirm so they can book straight in.

  • Private, duo and group sessions in one account
  • Training history and attendance log for every runner
  • Internal notes and tags, such as race dates or the drills you covered
  • Outstanding balance shown on each profile

Online check ins.On Google Meet.

A lot of running coaching happens between sessions. Connect Google Calendar and every online check in is added to it with a Google Meet link. See how online sessions work.

Move or cancel a check in and the calendar event is updated or removed. CoachOne also checks your busy times, so nobody books you while you are out on a long run. It does not read or change your other events.

Your runners do not need a Google account. They book the online session like any other, in the app or straight from your link.

Programmes and run data.Stay where they are.

CoachOne handles the admin of a running coaching business. It does not write programmes, track runs, record pace or connect to watches.

Keep the tool you use for programmes and run data alongside it. CoachOne tells you who booked, who paid and who is turning up on Tuesday.

Runners on the app still get attendance progress: total training hours, weekly streaks, an attendance calendar and badges. It counts sessions with you, not distance.

  1. Create your sessions

Track nights, club runs, 1:1 technique and online check ins. Each gets its own price, length, capacity and payment methods.

  2. Set your cancellation policy

Runners see it before they book, and a late cancellation fee only applies if you set one. The cancellation policy generator helps with the wording.

  3. Share your link

Post one booking link in your club group or your bio. Runners book in the app, or online from the link on any phone without downloading anything.

  4. Check the dashboard

Today's earnings, today's sessions, pending requests and cash to confirm, all before you head to the track.
