The pilates instructor appfor reformer spots, duets and privates
With CoachOne, the pilates instructor app for iPhone, each class is capped at the number of machines you have. Duets and privates run alongside, and clients book and pay through one link.

Capacity setby the equipment.
In pilates class booking, the limit is the kit. Four reformers means four spots. Set the capacity on each service and bookings stop at that number.
Reformer classes
Match capacity to your reformers, so a fifth client never books into a class with four machines.
Mat classes
No machines to count, so give mat a bigger capacity and its own price. Same calendar, same link.
Duets
A two person session with its own length and price, for friends or partners who like to train side by side.
Private pilates sessions
One to one on the reformer, chair or tower. Approve each request yourself if you like to meet new clients first.
Online mat classes
Teach mat from your living room. Link your Google Calendar and every online session arrives there with a Meet link.
Late cancellations,your rules.
A reformer spot dropped an hour before class is a machine standing empty. Your policy decides what that costs the client.
Set your cancellation policy in the app, with a late cancellation fee if you use one. It is on screen for every client before they confirm.
Cancel in time and the card hold is released, so the client pays nothing. Cancel late and only your late fee is charged. No-shows follow your policy as well.
- No refunds to process when a hold is released
- Decline a booking and the client is never charged
- Need wording? Use the cancellation policy generator

Weekly classes,one morning check.
Set your Tuesday 6pm reformer class as a fixed weekly class. Every week's session appears in your calendar, marked confirmed, pending or cancelled.
Each morning the dashboard shows today's classes, booking requests waiting for you, and cash payments still to confirm.
Client records keep notes and tags, like spring settings or a knee to go easy on, next to attendance and anything they owe you.
- Every client gets a reminder before class, as a push in the app or an email if they booked online through your link
- A client who cannot make Tuesday can reschedule in the app, and the move shows up in your chat with them
- A client can mention a sore back in the chat, so you know before they step on the reformer
- Change times, prices or capacity whenever your setup changes

Card or cash,settled after class.
When a client books a reformer spot by card, a hold goes on their card and nothing is taken yet. The charge happens after the class's scheduled end.
Your payout arrives weekly, in your local currency, in a bank account under your own name. A 3% Platform Fee and Stripe's processing costs come off first, itemised in the app.
Clients who prefer cash pay you in person. Confirm it in the app and it sits in your earnings beside card payments, with no commission taken.

Set the service's capacity to your number of machines. Once every machine has a name against it, the class closes to new bookings.
No. CoachOne does not run waitlists. A full class simply stops taking bookings.
Add a late cancellation fee to your policy and it is the only amount charged when a client cancels late. Our cancellation policy guide covers how to set the terms.
Create a duet as a two person service with its own length and price. It sits next to your privates and group classes in one calendar.
Not in CoachOne. There are no class packs or memberships, so every class is booked and paid individually.
No. It is an app for pilates teachers who work for themselves, not studios with several instructors or front desk staff. There are no staff accounts.
Card payments are charged after the class ends. Funds become eligible for payout 2 business days after the session ends (7 business days during your first 30 days with card payments), and bank payouts are sent once a week.
