The golf coach appfor lessons, playing lessons and juniors
A golf coach app for pros and independent instructors who sell their own time. Clients pick the lesson, pick the time and pay on their phone, and you see the whole week at a glance.

Every lesson length.Its own price.
Golf lessons do not come in one size, so an app for golf pros should not force one. Set each format up once with its duration and price, and clients choose the one that fits.
Short tune ups
A 30 minute slot for one fix before a round. Price it for the time it takes.
Full hour lessons
Private golf lessons on full swing, short game or putting. Same booking flow, with its own length and price. Clients can say in the chat what they want to work on.
Playing lessons
Nine holes takes far longer than a bay session. Give it the duration it really needs, so your calendar shows the time you are actually out on the course.
Lessons for two
Two person lessons for friends or couples who want to learn together, set up as a duo with its own price.
Bay and range time.Book around it.
Your teaching hours depend on when you have a bay, a simulator or a spot on the range. Open lessons only in those hours, and clients only see times you can actually use.
If bay bookings or club duties live in your Google Calendar, connect it. CoachOne checks your busy times, so a client cannot book you while you are elsewhere. It never changes your other events.
- Fixed weekly slots for regulars, flexible dates for everyone else
- Change your availability and it applies instantly
- Each day in clear time blocks, with confirmed, pending and cancelled marked
- Today's lessons and new booking requests on your dashboard

Rained off.No refund needed.
Wind, rain or a closed course can wipe out a whole day. Cancel a lesson before it starts and the hold on your client's card is released. They were never charged in the first place.
Clients who would rather move than cancel can reschedule in the app themselves. Before each lesson they get a reminder, by push in the app or by email if they booked through your link.
Write a weather rule into your cancellation policy, such as who makes the call and how early. Clients see it before they book, and a late cancellation fee only applies if your policy sets one.
- The card is held at booking and charged once the lesson is over
- Cancelled before the lesson? Nobody is charged
- Clients reschedule in the app

Junior groups.Booked by parents.
For junior coaching, the parent is your client. They book and pay for their child's place in the group, in the app or online from your link on any phone.
Notes for each junior
Add the junior's name and handicap as an internal note or tag on the parent's profile, so you know who is in each group.
Groups with a cap
Set the group size to what you can coach on the range, such as six juniors. Once it fills, nobody else can book it.
Weekly through the season
Make junior groups fixed weekly sessions. They appear in your calendar automatically for every week of the season.
Card or cash, per family
Some parents pay by card or Apple Pay, others hand over cash at the range. Both are tracked in the same earnings.
What the golf coach appdoes not do.
CoachOne is golf coaching software for the business side: bookings, payments, clients and reminders. It does not analyse swings, host video or book tee times.
Keep your launch monitor, video app and club tee sheet for that. Use CoachOne to know who is coming, who has paid and what you earned this month.
Want to talk through a round or a practice routine away from the range? Connect Google Calendar and each online lesson gets a Google Meet link. Read more about online sessions.
Questions fromgolf coaches.
Yes, on any phone. They open your booking link, pick a lesson and a time, and pay by card, Apple Pay or cash. They can do it in the CoachOne app or online without downloading anything.
Cancel the lesson before it starts and the card hold is released, so nothing needs refunding. Put your weather rule in your cancellation policy so clients read it before booking.
Yes. Each service has its own duration, price, capacity and payment methods, so a 30 minute lesson, a full hour and a playing lesson can sit side by side.
No. CoachOne has no packages or lesson passes. Each lesson is booked and paid on its own, and regulars can keep a fixed weekly slot.
It works for independent instructors who run their own diary, including club pros who sell their own lessons. It is not built for a club or academy with several staff accounts.
It is a golf lesson booking app. It covers bookings, payments, clients and reminders, and does not do swing analysis or video.
Funds become eligible for payout 2 business days after the session ends (7 business days during your first 30 days with card payments), and bank payouts are sent once a week. The money goes to a bank account in your name.
