The personal trainer payment appthat charges after the session
CoachOne is a personal trainer payment app for card, Apple Pay and cash. Card payments are held first and charged once the session is over. Then the money is paid out to your bank.

How a card payment works.Hold first. Charge later.
This is the order of events for every card and Apple Pay booking, as set out in our Payment Terms.
The client books
A hold (authorisation) for the session price is placed on their card. Nothing is charged yet.
Booked further ahead
For a session more than 5 days away, the card is saved at booking and the hold is placed within 5 days before the session.
Declined or cancelled
If you decline the booking, or the session is cancelled before it happens, the hold is released. The client is never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
The session ends
The held amount is charged after the session's scheduled end time.
You get paid
Funds become eligible for payout 2 business days after the session ends (7 business days during your first 30 days with card payments), and bank payouts are sent once a week.
A personal trainer payment appfor card and cash.
If you take a mix of cash and card payments, CoachOne keeps both in one place, so you get paid for training sessions without keeping two sets of records.
Card and Apple Pay
Card payments run through Stripe, and clients can pay in the app or online from your booking link. Apple Pay for personal trainers works the same way: a hold at booking and a charge after the session.
Cash, tracked properly
Cash sessions sit right next to card payments. Cash you still need to confirm waits on your dashboard until you mark it as received.
Split and partial payments
Split and partial payments are supported, and each client's payment history shows what came in and when.
Late cancellation fee
Set a late cancellation fee in your policy and a client who cancels late pays that fee instead of the full session. Build a policy with the cancellation policy generator.

Weekly payouts.To your own bank.
Payouts go to a bank account in your own name, in your local currency, with the card fees already deducted.
To accept card payments as a personal trainer, you put your info in once in the app to verify your identity. It takes about 3 minutes: legal name, date of birth, address, email, phone and bank account. Some countries ask for a few extra items.
Not ready for that yet? Skip it and run cash sessions only, then set up card payments when you are ready.
You set prices in your local currency. Clients are charged in euro (EUR) and see the EUR amount before they confirm.
- Stripe handles card details, and full card numbers never reach CoachOne
- Card payments are collected for you by CoachOne Payments in Romania
- If a client disputes a charge, support helps with full transaction logs

What you pay.Card next to cash.
No fixed fee per booking. Fees apply to card payments only, and you see them itemised in the app.
